The present invention relates to an antibacterial composition for removing bacteria, fungi, and viscous slimes remaining even after a washing process on wall surfaces, floors, or pipes of food production, brewing, and dairy facilities. In particular, the composition is an antibacterial material having excellent rapid acting and slow acting as well as capable of being applied to and used for a general-purpose cleaning-in-place (CIP) because an additional process such as rinsing after contacting with microorganisms is not needed. Moreover, the composition has excellent effects as a sterilizing agent for several sorts of tools, devices, and facilities in a hospital, and excellent effects in controlling downy mildew in gardening. In addition, in a pulp producing process, the composition can be used in controlling proliferation of microorganisms and bleaching.
