The present invention relates to a method and system for diagnosing a personal state based on big data. In particular, the present invention relates to a method and system for extracting a series of information from big data, searching for affects of environmental factors to individuals based on the extracted information, and diagnosing a personal state thereby. The system comprises: a determining server (11) having a level determining unit capable of determining a value level according to a predetermined determination standard with respect to information transferred from at least one server (12); a filter module (13) for classifying information of an information medium transferred from the outside; a personal information database (14) having personal information stored therein and related to the predetermined determinations standard; and a connection server (15) having a means capable of exchanging data with the determining server (11) and accessing a personal information device.
