The present invention relates to a mobile app and a web integrated development system using a java script. The mobile app and web integrated development system according to the present invention comprises: a web client; a mobile client; a java script framework for providing standard common API by being loaded in the web client and the mobile client; and middleware connected with the java script framework loaded on the web client or the java script framework loaded on the mobile client, and providing API of a server. When a web is applied or a mobile app is developed, the same development environment is provided irrespective of a mobile environment or a web environment. According to the present invention, when a web client is developed, through a mobile and a Web development integrated java script application program interface (JS API), the same application program interface (API) is provided irrespective of an environment. A mobile framework (Android, IOS) and middleware corresponding to a java script API (JS API) are provided, so development and maintenance costs according to construction and management of each service can be reduced.
