The present invention relates to a sensor network and, more particularly, to a method which allows real-time control to be possible by distributively processing a large amount of sensing data generated from a large sensor in a smart building. According to an aspect of the present invention, the distributed processing method of the large amount of sensing data in the smart building in an autonomous wireless sensor-actuator network (WSAN) system consisting of a WSAN server, a WSAN actuator node, and a plurality of WSAN sensor nodes, comprises the following steps: generating, by a WSAN server, an operation profile which defines an operation mode of a WSAN actuator by using an environment setting value; forming, by the WSAN actuator, a group by selecting a WSAN sensor node needed to perform the operation mode among a plurality of WSAN sensor nodes according to the operation profile; transferring, by the WSAN actuator, a sensor event profile generated according to the operation profile to the WSAN sensor node included in the group; and performing the defined operation mode to the operation profile by using the sensing data received from the WSAN sensor node which receives the sensor event profile.
