The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a black bamboo, bamboo palmo, and a Korean bamboo extracts extracted by using a supercritical fluid extracting method, and a method for producing the same. The method comprises the steps of: washing, drying, and pulverizing stems and leaves of a prepared Korean bamboo; pulverizing the pulverized stems and leaves of the Korean bamboo into a particular particle size; adding a co-solvent in the pulverized Korean bamboo stems and leaves, and extracting a first active ingredient by using a supercritical fluid extracting method; washing, drying, and pulverizing stems and leaves of the prepared black bamboo and a bamboo palmo; pulverizing the pulverized stems and leaves of the black bamboo and the bamboo palmo into a particular particle size; dipping the pulverized stems and leaves of the black bamboo and the bamboo palmo in ethanol for 12 hours, extracting a second active ingredient, and concentrating the same; and mixing the extracted first active ingredient and the concentrated second active ingredient.
