The present invention relates to an efficient culture system for replicating a dog family (Canidae) by the nuclear transplantation technology, more specifically, to development of a transferred embryo in vivo, a method for increasing an implantation rate of a transferred embryo and a use thereof by using a specific histone acetylation inhibitor in a cell culture of nuclear donor cells using nuclear transplantation of somatic cells or stem cells in the dog family.
