Provided is a technology which can sense the indoor and outdoor temperature and accordingly manage the temperature. A powerless wireless temperature sensing device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a conductive part wrapped around a circumference of a power line covered with insulation; a wireless transmission module receiving power by electric energy generated by stray electric capacity made between the power lines and cyclically transmitting a wireless pulse signal according to the temperature near the power line where the conductive part is installed; and a temperature calculation part measuring a cycle of receiving the wireless pulse signal when the wireless pulse signal is received from the wireless transmission module and calculating a first temperature value near the power line, where the conductive part is installed, according to the measured cycle.
