The present invention relates to a seismic reinforcement structure using a diagrid which uses a diagrid formed by repeatedly arranging diagonal members as a reference wall to install a damper, thereby securing an open view for residents while not hindering usability of a building by securing enough stiffness. According to the present invention, a seismic reinforcement structure using a diagrid, which surrounds an outer surface of a building to be apart from an outer wall of a building in a predetermined interval, includes a diagrid formed by connecting a plurality of diagonal members inclined at a predetermined angle to each other in a connection unit; and a damper unit disposed between the diagrid and the outer wall of a building, wherein the damper unit includes a guide box having one side opened to be coupled to an inner portion of the connection unit or the outer wall of the building; a damper having one end coupled to the outer wall of the building or the inner portion of the connection unit, which is the opposite side corresponding to the guide box; and a transverse support member having one end coupled to the other end of the damper, wherein the other end is inserted into the opened side of the guide box to be slidably coupled.
