The present invention relates to a precast composite deck for forming a deck joint using a box-shaped connection beam that can simplify the configuration by installing the deck joint between two composite decks, and a connecting method thereof. The precast composite deck includes a plurality of master beams (110, 210) spaced apart from each other in a vertical direction and extending in a horizontal direction; a plurality of intermediate plates (120) placed between the master beams (110) and ribs (112); a plurality of horizontal bars (130) intersecting with the mater beams; steel bars (150) provided on the horizontal bars; and first and second composite decks (100, 200) placed by using the intermediate plate as a form, in which the horizontal bars and the decks are embedded in the deck.
