The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously producing optically active alkylamine and optically active aryl alkylamine from alkylketone and racemic aryl alkylamine using amino group transfer reaction of omega transaminase. In the present invention, a problem of an existing asymmetric synthesis method of optically active amine using omega transaminase is solved to produce optically active alkylamine of high purity with high efficiency while producing optically active aryl alkylamine of high purity at the same time. Therefore, if the manufacturing method according to the present invention, the production costs of optically active amine can be reduced and alkyamine and aryl alkylamine which are single enantiomer can be simultaneously produced by one reaction.
