The present invention relates to an adhesive composition used for installing an interior for a building and, more specifically, to an adhesive composition for installing an interior for a building with excellent effects on noise and vibration which has functions of effectively preventing noise and vibration and improves adhesion in building interior installation. The adhesive composition for building an interior of a building according to the present invention comprises 50-120 parts by weight of hardening agents (B materials) based on 100 parts by weight of main materials (A materials). The main materials contain: 0.1-40 parts by weight of compatibilizing agents; 20-60 parts by weight of elastic hollow microspheres; 1-10 parts by weight of process oil; 0.1-5 parts by weight of sedimentation preventing agents; and 0.1-30 parts by weight of polymer resin powders based on 100 parts by weight of binder resins. The hardening agents include: 0.1-120 parts by weight of compatibilizing agents; 30-90 parts by weight of elastic hollow microspheres; 1-10 parts by weight of process oil; 0.1-20 parts by weight of hardening accelerators; and 0.1-30 parts by weight of polymer resin powders based on 100 parts by weight of binder resins.
