The present invention relates to a hot fomentation bed using sea sand, which allows a user to have hot fomentation and to sleep deeply using the natural sea sand. According to the present invention, a hot fomentation bed using sea sand comprises: a bed frame (110); an electric heating board (120) arranged on the bottom surface of the main body (112) of the bed frame (110), and heated by power supplied from the outside; an electromagnetic wave shielding fabric (130) arranged on the upper surface of the electric heating board (120), and blocking harmful electromagnetic waves; a copper board (140) arranged on the upper surface of the electromagnetic wave shielding fabric (130), and blocking a water vein; tube members (150) having the sea sand (152) therein, arranged on the upper surface of the copper board (140), and generating heat depending on the operation of the electric heating board (120); a mattress (160) arranged on the upper sides of the tube members (150), and supporting a human body; and a controller (170) supplying power to the electric heating board (120).
