Provided are a precoding method using a diagonal jacket matrix in a MIMO broadcast channel and a communications system using the same. A communications method according to an embodiment of the present invention pre-codes a signal through an interference alignment (IA) method and a multi-user multi-output (MIMO) beam forming. Transmission/reception performance is improved by solving a problem of a multi-cell multi-user common channel by removing and managing all the interference in inter-cell and inter-user under a multi-user multi-cell interference environment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
