The present invention relates to a continuous flow and submerged type membrane apparatus, and a backwashing method thereof, wherein the continuous flow and submerged type membrane apparatus comprises a filtration supply unit, a submerged membrane filtration unit, a filtration discharge unit, a backwashing input unit, a backwashing output unit, and a flux control unit. The present invention provides a continuous flow and submerged type membrane apparatus, which backwashes some of filtered water filtered at a submerged type membrane filtration process to use the filtered water as backwashing water, and controls the flux of the introduced water and the filtered water, thereby providing effects of increasing a space efficiency as a treated water reservoir is not necessary in the membrane apparatus, and discharging the same flux of filtered water to the rear end process even when backwashing a partially submerged type membrane.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
