DEHUMIDIFYING AND DEODORIZING FUNCTIONAL COMPOUND HAVING A THREE-LAYER PACKAGING FILM AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

The present invention relates to a three-layered composite packing film having a dehumidifying and deodorizing function and a method for producing the same. The shape of the three-layered composite film is maintained to not be changed by absorbing moisture using micropores formed in a resin, and various molecules are adsorbed to be used as a deodorizing agent. Ammoniacal nitrogen components and heavy metals in water can be removed by being adsorbed in the resin through an ion exchange. At the same time, an antibacterial activity can be ensured through metal ions included in the resin. The three-layered composite film comprises an A layer constituting the surface of packing paper and consisting of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE); a B layer formed at the bottom of the A layer to constitute an intermediate layer of the packing paper and consisting of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE); and a C layer disposed at the bottom of the B layer to constitute the inner surface of the packing paper directly contacting contents and consisting of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), an adsorbent, a dispersing agent, and a slip agent. When packing paper is produced using the three-layered composite packing film, contents therein can be prevented from being spoiled even though a dehumidifying agent is not added in the packing paper. Also, the contents can be stored for a long time. Moreover, a problem caused by a dehumidifying agent (silica gel) packed along with the contents can be preemptively solved.
