The present invention relates to a method of controlling a desorption-recombination step in a hydrogenation-disproportionation-desorption-recombination (HDDR) process that improve a coercive force and residual magnetism by controlling a grain size and a grain boundary, a method of manufacturing Nd-Fe-B-based magnetic powder using the same, and Nd-Fe-B-based magnetic powder manufactured thereby. In the HDDR process of loading Nd-Fe-B-based magnetic powder into a tube furnace, the discharge speed of hydrogen is controlled by discharging the hydrogen from the tube furnace in the desorption-recombination step so that a heat absorption reaction time exceeds 2 minutes. The Nd-Fe-B-based magnetic powder contains more than 12.5 % of Nd in atomic ratio.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
