The present invention relates to an anti-wrinkle composition comprising solvent fractions of quercus mongolica leaves as active ingredients. According to the present invention, the fractions of quercus mongolica leaves which are active ingredients of the anti-wrinkle composition have excellent DPPH radical elimination ability, elastase inhibition activity, and collagenase inhibition activity, inhibit generation of MMP-1 and significantly improve synthesis of pro-collagen, have less skin side effects compared to existing retinoid, and have less microscopic chemical change and excellent safety and stability, thereby being used as a pharmaceutical composition, a cosmetic composition, and a functional food composition for preventing skin aging, and alleviating, preventing, or treating wrinkles.
