The present invention relates to a composition for milk protein synthesis, the composition containing, as an active ingredient, at least one from vitamin A, vitamin B, and analogs thereof, preferably a nanosome containing at least one active component from vitamin A, vitamin B, and analogs thereof. Through this, the present invention is applied as a feed additive, thereby increasing the milk protein in milk obtained from livestock feed with the feed additive, thus producing high-quality milk. Furthermore, the contents of vitamin A and vitamin C in the meat and milk of the livestock to which the present invention is applied can be increased.
