The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing precipitation of sludge, agitating liquid and aerating micro bubbles in a liquid storage tank, which increases the dissolved oxygen by aerating micro bubbles in liquid within a tank storing liquid components on or under the ground, and agitates the liquid to prevent a phenomenon of precipitating and piling sludge at the lower part of the tank so as to discharge the liquid at a homogeneous concentration. The apparatus for preventing precipitation of sludge, agitating liquid and aerating micro bubbles in a liquid storage tank comprises a tank for agitating, aerating and storing liquid components of stock farming sewage and wastewater, agricultural and domestic sewage and wastewater, or industrial sewage and wastewater; a first pipeline for flowing the liquid in the tank to outside by pumping; a pump for pumping so as to flow the liquid in the tank through the first pipeline; an oxygen supplier for supplying highly concentrated oxygen to the liquid pumped by the pump to form micro bubbles; a second pipeline for flowing the liquid having micro bubbles into the tank by the pump and consisting of a flexible hose; and an agitating and aerating device for floating the precipitated sludge by spraying the liquid transferred through the second pipeline to the lower part of the tank so as to mix with the liquid, rotating through the water pressure supplied from the pump and performing a horizontally reciprocating motion to agitate and aerate the liquid in the tank.
