The present invention relates to a cogeneration system for fertilizing carbon dioxide and, more specifically, to a cogeneration system for fertilizing carbon dioxide that refines carbon dioxide from combustion gas of a cogeneration system simultaneously generating and supplying power and heat through the combustion of fuel, and supplies the refined carbon dioxide to users. The cogeneration system for fertilizing carbon dioxide comprises: a cogeneration system (100) generating power through the combustion of fuel; a heat-exchanger (110) heating hot water by heat generated in the cogeneration system (100); a hot water supplying tube (120) supplying the hot water heat-exchanged by the heat-exchanger (110) to a user; a hot water recovering tube (130) which recovers the hot water supplied to the user to the heat-exchanger (110); and a carbon dioxide refining unit (140) refining the carbon dioxide generated in the heat-exchanger (110).
