Disclosed is technology for analyzing a myocardial viability, capable of precisely analyzing the myocardial viability. For this, the method for analyzing the myocardial viability according to the present invention includes the steps of: obtaining the delayed enhancement image of the myocardium by using dual energy computed tomography (CT); converting and generating the delayed enhancement image into a plurality of monochromatic delayed enhancement images according to voltage values within a preset range; extracting the representative monochromatic delayed enhancement image with the highest contrast to noise ratio (CNR) among the monochromatic delayed enhancement images; and analyzing the myocardial viability by analyzing the representative monochromatic delayed enhancement image.
