The present invention relates to a crime preventing system for protecting safety of a school zone using a smartphone-connected electronic tag emergency alarm signal, comprising: a smartphone having a bluetooth communication device to allow a bluetooth communication (near field radio communication) between a smartphone application and a bluetooth device as an application program having a function of providing user location based service (LBS) using a GPS; and a portable electronic tag which has a bluetooth communication function and an intrinsic ID (identification code) to be pairing-connected to the smartphone and which can be instantly operated and concealed by a one-touch button, wherein the smartphone and the portable electronic tag can interwork with each other. The system is capable of: spreading an emergency situation by an emergency bell and a vibration by simply and instantly pressing an emergency call button when there is an emergency of facing a dangerous person such as a criminal, or the like, in a state of concealing the emergency call button by a student who belongs to a safety vulnerable class and has the smartphone to receive a help from other people; informing the emergency situation and location information by automatically pairing-connecting the electronic tag and the smartphone to be automatically dialed to a control server of an appointed number or a parent smartphone; and spreading the emergency situation to an appointed party terminal such as a school, a family, a police station, or the like in a multi-connection method such as wire/wireless internet, or the like so that a subject to be protected such as the corresponding student, or the like in the emergency situation can be promptly and safely rescued by quickly transmitting information and quickly responding to the situation by the mobilization of the police.
