The present invention relates to a volatile organic compound (VOC) transfer system for a chemical tanker, a transferring method thereof, and a chemical tanker with the transfer system. The VOC transfer system can reduce pressure fall in order to load a large quantity of chemical cargo without a large structural change thereof when transferring VOCs generated by the loaded chemical cargo, can improve cargo loading efficiency, and can reduce transfer costs. The transfer system transfers VOCs generated by cargo loaded in multiple tanks toward a terminal, and comprises: individual VOC return lines which are connected to multiple tanks, respectively; a common VOC return line which is connected in order to collect VOCs transferred from some of the individual VOC return lines; a common VOC manifold which transfers VOCs transferred from the common VOC return line toward a terminal; and a guide unit which guides VOCs transferred from the other of the individual VOC return lines directly to the common VOC manifold.
