The present invention relates to an aseismic reinforcement construction method using an anti-seismic damper of a steel open frame, comprising: a base surface arrangement step to arrange existing wall members positioned on the surfaces of the columns and the beams of a building, and between the columns and the beams of a building; an anchor mounting step to mount anchors on the existing wall members positioned on the surfaces of the columns and the beams of a building, and between the columns and the beams of a building which have went through the base surface arrangement step; a mounting panel fixating step to fixate mounting panel combination members, after the anchor mounting step, in a grid shape to the existing wall members positioned on the surface of the columns and the beams of a building, and between the columns and the beams of a building; a mortar pouring step to pour non-shrinkage mortar, after the mounting panel fixating step, between the mounting panel combination members and the existing wall members positioned on the surface of the columns and the beams of a building, and between the columns and the beams of a building; and a finishing painting step to carry out curing and rust-resisting coating, after the mortar pouring step, with respect to the mounting panel combination members fixated to the building, and then painting the mounting combination members fixated to the building. According to the present invention, the aseismic performance can be reinforced using the mounting panel combination members combined in a shape of a grid without destroying any existing windows and doors; thereby minimizing the damage to a structure, and minimizing accordingly the construction period and the costs for construction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
