The present invention relates to a surface light-emitting lamp device facilitating the replacement of a main transformer and, more specifically, to a surface light-emitting lamp device facilitating the replacement of a main transformer, which enables a worker to open/close only the front cover of the lamp device without attaching/detaching the lamp device and therefore to easily replace the main transformer installed inside the lamp device embedded in the ceiling; and contains a safety device, thereby enabling the worker to work safely when replacing the main transformer. The surface light-emitting lamp device (10) embedded in and fixated to the ceiling comprises a main body part (100) and a binding part (200). The main body part (100) includes: a main body case (110) through which the surface light-emitting lamp device (10) is embedded in and fixated to the ceiling; and a plurality of LED light source panels (130) prepared on the inner surface of the main body case (110). The binding part (200) comprises: a plurality of clip-holding holes (210) prepared around the border of the main body case (110); and a plurality of holding clips (220) inserted into the clip-holding holes (210). The present invention enables a worker to open/close only the front cover of the lamp device embedded in the ceiling without attaching/detaching the entire lamp device and therefore to easily replace the main transformer; contains a safety device and therefore enables the worker to work safely when opening the front cover using a single touch and disassembling the main transformer; and facilitates the replacement of the main transformer, thereby significantly reducing maintenance costs for the replacement compared to conventional maintenance costs.
