CO2 PIPE LINE PRETEST IN A T-BLOCK ASSEMBLING PROCESS OF SHIP

PURPOSE: A method for inspecting gas leakage in a block assembly process of a ship is provided to improve consciousness about quality of installation workers by directly inspecting gas leakage in carbon dioxide pipeline installation fields. CONSTITUTION: A method for inspecting gas leakage in a block assembly process of a ship is as follows. A T-block necessary to ship construction is assembled(S110). A carbon dioxide pipeline is installed in the assembled T-block(S120). Air is supplied to the installed carbon dioxide pipeline to inspect gas leakage(S140). If the inspection result of gas leakage is that gas is leaked, gas leaking parts are repaired(S150). The T-block in which repaired carbon dioxide pipeline is installed is taken out(S160).
