The present invention relates to a device and a method for calibrating a camera image based on homography which can calculate a homography value by simply arranging an icon for coordinate acquisition in an image including an object having a known actual size without the inconvenience of inputting camera installation information including camera installation height and angle, thereby improving user convenience.
