Disclosed is a device for preventing a wire from being twisted. The disclosed wire twisting prevention device includes: a wire; a case which the wire is exposed to one side through an exit unit, is exposed to the other side through an entry unit, and contains the wire in the internal space unit; and a twist prevention member which pulls or releases the wire when the wire is wound in the space unit and is pulled or released toward at least one side.
