摘要

A method for modifying a solid-phase surface for introduction of biomolecules comprises the following steps: (a) preparing a surface modifier, to terminus of which biomolecules can be introduced; (b) pre-treating a solid-phase surface; and (c) modifying the solid-phase surface with the surface modifier prepared in (a). According to the present invention, various biomolecules are stably bonded by strongly and firmly fixating a functional group the terminus of which are available for introduction of the biomolecules to the solid-phase surface using the surface modifier. Moreover, the surface modification is not affected by a solid-phase material or the shape of the material. Thus, the method of the present invention may be used widely and usefully for production of a biosensor and the like.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
