The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a complex extract of climbing bagbane, Melia azadirachta, and Siegesbeckiae herba, and specifically, to a cosmetic composition for skin abirritation which has effects of anti-inflammation and anti-allergy by having excellent inflammation control and histamine control effects.
