The present invention relates to a rubber composition with high thermal resistance for a hose used in a cooling system and a hose using the same. The present invention provides a rubber composition with high thermal resistance for a hose used in a cooling system, the rubber composition comprising, based on 100 parts by weight of silicon-organic rubber copolymer in which a silicon based rubber and an organic rubber are copolymerized, 0.5-12.0 parts by weight of a filler; 0.5-3.0 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 0.5-6.0 parts by weight of a thermal resistance improver; and 4.0-10.0 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent, and a hose with high thermal resistance using the rubber composition for a cooling system. The rubber composition of the present invention has high thermal resistance at a temperature of 150C or higher and excellent extrusion properties by including silicon-organic rubber copolymer as a rubber base while comprising a suitable content of each ingredient, thereby preventing a leakage of cooling water to the outside. Additionally, the rubber composition has improved mechanical properties such as hardness, tensile strength and the like.
