The present invention relates to a local interconnect network communication system of a local interconnect network (LIN) in a vehicle and, more specifically, to a master apparatus for supporting communications of multiple LIN communication protocol version messages capable of performing LIN communications with slaves using respective versions without determining a version in each slave in the LIN communication system in which the slaves to support at least two different LIN communication protocol versions are included.
