The present invention relates to a solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance probe for analyzing structure of a lithium ion battery. More specifically, the solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance probe for analyzing structure of a lithium ion battery comprises a coil module applying magnetic field to a sample including fluorine lithium as a coil is wound up to enclose the sample including fluorine lithium for structure analysis of the lithium ion battery though a solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy experiment. With this arrangement, the solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance probe for analyzing structure of a lithium ion battery has an effect of easily identifying structure change of an electrode material generated in reusing the lithium ion battery without form change of the lithium ion battery change.
