According to the present invention, a crosswalk guiding system for a visually impaired person comprises: a smartphone carried by the visually impaired person; sensors installed on a crosswalk and toward the crosswalk to output a beacon signal guiding the visually impaired person to the crosswalk; sound signalers installed on the crosswalk to notify walking time and a current position to the visually impaired person through a sound; operators pair with the sound signalers to operate the sound signalers paired therewith; and an application for the visually impaired person installed in the smartphone to guide the visually impaired person to the crosswalk when the smartphone senses the beacon signal and to guide to select any one of the operators in order to determine a direction in which the visually impaired person walks on the crosswalk when the visually impaired person reaches the crosswalk. When the visually impaired person selects any one of the operators, the application for the visually impaired person commands the selected operator to operate the sound signaler pairing with the selected operator.
