The present invention relates to a tooth colored glass-infiltrated sapphire-alumina composite. The tooth colored glass-infiltrated sapphire-alumina composite according to the present invention is manufactured by melt-infiltrating mixed color glass powder, in which base glass powder and two or more polyvalent ion metallic colorants are mixed, into a sapphire-alumina preform, thereby not only having color and clarity close to natural teeth, but enhancing light transmittance, and enhancing an esthetic effect. Therefore, the tooth colored glass-infiltrated sapphire-alumina composite can be useful as a tooth restoration material used for inlay, onlay, veneer, crown, bridge, denture, dental implant, and the like.
