The present invention relates to a system to correct numerical map information of key terrain using global positioning system (GPS) measurement and, more specifically, to a system to correct numerical map information of key terrain using GPS measurement capable of outputting a map image similar to a current appearance of a region by correcting a map image outputted in a navigation system in accordance with natural or artificial changes in a specific region; checking a tide difference to reflect a coastal change in the map image in real time; and enlarging the tide difference to reflect a coastal change in a rainy season or a dry season in the map image such that a coastline in accordance with the tide difference included in the map image is directly reflected in the navigation system and outputted when a user passes a road abutting against the coastline, thus enabling the user to easily understand and determine a terrain wherein which he/she is passing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
