The present invention relates to a light diffusion material having light diffusion paint and glass bead, and a light display panel using the same, and more specifically, to a light diffusion material having light diffusion paint and glass bead, and a light display panel using the same for securing visibility through an elevating effect of inorganic photosynthesis paint having improved diffusion property and glass bead. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the light diffusion material includes a light diffusion paint and the glass bead, and the light diffusion paint includes a red color material, yellow color material, and blue color material.
