Disclosed are an integrated system for integrating seismic measurement and electrical resistivity monitoring and a method for driving the same. The integrated system includes: a hydraulic structure measurement module (100) to measure the behavior of a hydraulic structure; a seismic measurement module (200) provided around or inside the hydraulic structure to measure seismic information of an earthquake in real time; a monitoring server (300) to store and manage the information measured by the hydraulic structure measurement module (100) and the seismic measurement module (200) in real time, to calculate the distribution of electrical resistivity of the hydraulic structure, which varies according to the strength of the earthquake, to compare the amount of electrical resistivity of the hydraulic structure, which is generated during a predetermined time, with an internally set electrical resistivity threshold per section, and to provide state abnormality information of the hydraulic structure when the amount of electrical resistivity exceeds the electrical resistivity threshold per section; and a hydraulic structure management server (400) to provide a disaster warning message to a maintenance manager of the hydraulic structure and a management server of a fire department after receiving the state abnormality information.
