An apparatus for collecting a liquid from a disused car of the present invention comprises a base frame; a first elevation part installed on the base frame in the vertical direction; a second elevation part installed on the first elevation part and secondarily elevated; a body installed on the second elevation part; a drill blade installed on the body to be rotated and punching a hole on a fuel tank; a driving unit installed on the lower side of the body and rotating the drill blade; a wrinkle pipe fixed on the upper side of the body and contacting with a liquid tank to prevent the liquid from leakage; and a liquid collecting pipe connected to one side of the body and having the liquid discharged from the liquid tank be collected, thereby making the work easy by punching a hole on a storage tank while collecting liquid at the same time, and preventing the liquid such as fuel from being leaked to the outside when punching a hole on the liquid tank.
