MAINTENANCE HISTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS USING BAR-CODE

The present invention relates to a system for maintaining a maintenance operation history of a nuclear power plant by using a bar-code and aims to improve the reliability of a data management and operational convenience in operating a power plant by automatically inputting and transmitting an operation start/end time, which are to be inputted by an operator for each operation step, by using a bar-code system to a system, and by processing operation start/end time when necessary to utilize the processed operation start/end day and time as basic data to determine information on unavailable apparatuses of a power plant risk monitoring system or the like. In order to achieve the objects, the system of the present invention comprises: an ERP operation management unit which generates an operation order by planning a start and end day and time of all operations to be performed in a nuclear power plant step by step; a bar-code generation unit which generates operation order information, an order number, and a bar-code and outputs the generated results on an operation order paper; a bar-code scan unit which scans the operation order paper to read information when an operation approval signal is transmitted from an operation permission server; an operation order performance information storage unit which stores the operation start date and time information read through the bar-code scan unit; and an operation history management unit which verifies information stored in the operation order performance information storage unit to correct and manage the verified information.
