The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a TiC matrix solid solution with improved high temperature characteristics which manufactures a TiC matrix solid solution with improved high temperature characteristics by adding a (Ti, Nb)C complex solid solution in the TiC matrix solid solution with characteristics that ductility and yield stress similar to metal is sharply deteriorated at the high temperature, thereby being efficient in high temperature characteristics improvement. The deformation behavior of the TiC-(Ti, Nb)C solid solution is variously used by various deformation characteristics according to a lower temperature area, a middle temperature area, and a high temperature area.
