The present invention relates to a benchmark survey system capable of easily surveying a level. The present invention is able to make a level rod (122) vertically stand by a level rod installation tool (121) such that an accurate collimation value may be obtained when collimating the level rod (122) by a leveler (110), thereby performing an accurate level survey work. In addition, a single surveyor may perform a work of installing a level rod and collimating by a leveler, such that the level survey work may easily be performed even without a plurality of surveyors.
