According to the present invention, the inner/outer sides of a hull block which is a structure that has completed a painting process are dried simultaneously by microwaves on a space completely blocked off from the outside, thereby greatly reducing drying time to allow a quick follow-up process even in the severe cold weather. Accordingly, a production period, i.e. a ship construction period can be shortened, thereby reducing manufacturing costs, enhancing productivity and greatly enhancing work efficiency. Especially, an injection pipe diffusion-emits microwaves so the present invention has an effect of uniformly drying the whole of a hull block, thereby allowing the manufacture of a high-quality product.
