The present invention relates to a security response scenario evaluation system and a method based on compartment integrity of nuclear power plants. An object of the present invention is to prevent a radiation accident in nuclear power plants from occurring by establishing a response scenario when a compartment is unexpectedly damaged due to an occurrence of a sabotage, which is not introduced when a security plan is established, and performing immediate evaluation with respect to the damage of the compartment and is to immediately confirm whether establishment of a strategy is implemented based on available equipment so that a reactor core or containment building is not damaged when nuclear facilities are damaged due to large-scale natural disaster. According to the present invention for achieving these objects, the security response scenario evaluation system comprises: an information input unit which receives damaged compartment information; an information storage unit which stores arrangement information of buildings and compartments of the nuclear power plants, power facility information, information with respect to installation position, and information of accidents occurring when devices are not available; and a risk evaluation unit which evaluates a risk and the response scenario of the unclear power plants according to the compartment information inputted through the information input unit, based on the information stored in the information storage unit.
