Method for Separating Yolk Antibody against Pili Antigen of E. coli or Flagella Protein Antigen of Salmonella sp.

A method for isolating an egg york antibody is provided to produce an antibody which specifically binds with E.coli or salmonella sp. which causes diarrhea. A method for isolating an egg york antibody comprises: a step of separating an egg york from a hen which is immunized with a pili antigen of E.coli and flagellum protein antigen ; a step of diluting with distilled water of pH 4.5-5.0 and freezing under -20°C; a step of centrifuging at room temperature and removing lipid and solid substrate; and a step of filtering supernatant and freezing to isolate the egg yolk antibody.
