A method for farming mitten crabs according to the present invention comprises the steps of growing mitten crabs of zoea period to megalopa period; and growing crabs by supplying biofloc to the mitten crabs in the megalopa period. According to the present invention, since biofloc is generated and supplied after the megalopa period, farming water can be used by being purified without replacing water and sea water in a farming container.
