The present invention relates to a circle knife to incise the capsule of lens for cataract surgery, consisting of: a body member having a main body, an opening opened on a front surface of the main body, and a long groove connected with the opening and formed on an upper surface of the main body; a ring adjusting member having a firs body, a bump end part formed on an upper surface of the first body, and at least one coupling bump formed on a lower surface of the first body; and a rotation incision knife having a third body inserted through the opening, at least one through hole formed on the third body, and a ring incision knife integrally formed on one side end of the third body, thereby proceeding a safe and desired rotational surgery to incise the capsule of lens without using a high-priced laser incision device.
