The present invention relates to a tension type removing nail and a construction method thereof which reinforces the ground using an anchoring force by mechanical friction and rigidity by grouting and removes a nail rod as well as being capable of being closely constructed by reducing a punch. The tension type removing nail comprises: an anchoring head (10) having a slope portion (11) on a side toward the rear; the removing nail rod (20) where a front end portion is connected to be separated to the anchoring head; a support pipe (30) where the front end portion is connected to the anchoring head by surrounding the removing nail rod; a packer installed to make the support pipe slid on the circumference portion of the support pipe, and where the circumference portion is fixedly pressed on a wall side of a nail groove of the underground through extension; and two or more settlement pieces (40) anchored on the ground near the nail groove.
