The present invention relates to a polymer-modified cement concrete composition for revealing high early strength containing 8 to 35 wt% of high early strength cement-based binding material, 20 to 65 wt% of fine aggregate, 25 to 65 wt% of coarse aggregate, 0.1 to 20 wt% of water, and 0.01 to 20 wt% of polymer-based modifier, in which the polymer-based modifier contains 78 to 99 wt% of styrene-acryl emulsion, 0.01 to 15 wt% of polyacrylic acid ester (excluding polymethyl acrylate), 0.01 to 15 wt% of polymethyl acrylate, 0.01 to 15 wt% of methacrylic acid methyl butadiene, and 0.01 to 15 wt% of vinyl toluene, and a repairing method for a concrete structure using the same. According to the present invention, concrete operability and concrete durability are improved based on the addition of the polymer-based modifier in which the styrene-acryl emulsion, polyacrylic acid ester (excluding polymethyl acrylate), polymethyl acrylate, methacrylic acid methyl butadiene, and vinyl toluene are mixed and the high early strength cement-based binding material. In addition, concrete defects can be reduced based on the improvement of flexural strength, tensile strength, initial strength, long-term strength, chloride resistance, freezing and thawing resistance, and the like.
