摘要

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube transparent conductive film using a polymer dispersant for dispersing a carbon nanotube and removing the polymer dispersant by a post heat treatment and a transparent electrode including a transparent conducive film manufactured thereby. The present invention simplifies the whole manufacturing process by using poly (DMAEMA-co-St) with a high interface adhesion as the dispersant of the carbon nanotube and improves an electrical property without the degradation of transmittance in a visible region by removing the polymer dispersant by the post heat treatment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
